The photos feature dusty tubes of human kidney samples, rusting utensils and a mouldy treatment chair inside the urologist's dilapidated surgery .
“I have been a passionate Urbex photographer for some time. The term Urbex is composed of the two words ‘Urban’ and ‘Exploration’, which translates as 'exploring the city',” explains the Berlin-based photographer [translated].
“I look for abandoned places to capture and immortalise the beauty of the decay of buildings and objects...”
He adds: “I am, of course, following the [urban explorers] code of the scene.
“Do not leave anything but footprints and do not take anything but your photos. I never gain access to buildings or land.
“If there is a possibility, such as an open window or an open door, I use the opportunity and take a few shots.”
